Structural design for the renovation of the existing 25,000sf heavy timber framed building. The existing heavy timber wood floor framing was reinforced to provide support for the new self storage use of the building along with other minor floor plan revisions.

Structural design of interior fit-out of an existing 50,000 sq. ft. building including a mezzanine expansion and foundation design for granite processing equipment and overhead cranes.
Concrete Stone and Tile – Pedricktown, NJ
Structural design of foundations for a 47,000 sq. ft. concrete paver plant. The foundations and slab design included large retaining walls, material bins, foundations for dynamic equipment and overhead cranes.
Alpha Associates Addition – Lakewood, NJ
Structural design of interior 60’-0” tower for new manufacturing process. The tower consisted of structural steel beams, cross bracing, stair towers and strengthening of portions of the existing building.
Champion Sports Addition – Marlboro, NJ
Structural design of foundations for a 5100 sq. ft. pre-engineered metal building.
