Molly Pitcher Inn - Red Bank, NJ

One of the most desired spots in the historic Hotel is an expansive deck overlooking the picturesque Navesink River. In an effort to protect guests during inclement the owners wished to have a seasonal canopy that was flexible, unobtrusive and could be customized for each event. Three months before the summer season started KSI designed a solution that was both economical and easy to install. 

Cosmopolitan Restaurant 
Allentown, PA

This exciting 20,000 sq.ft. project is located in the heart of the downtown Allentown arts district. KSI- MEP division assisted in a complex redesign on the site including a complex foundation which involved significant underpinning of the adjacent buildings and the cross streets including the heavily traveled 6th street.

The Lobster Shanty, Wharfside -

Pt. Pleasant, NJ

The Wharfside restaurant was gutted and renovated with a partial demolition and the construction of a new 4,500 sq ft. grand banquet and bar area. Through hard work and close coordination with the builder and architect we were able to meet the tight demands of both the site and the schedule to see the restaurant open on schedule.

The Dublin House - Red Bank, NJ

The owner’s of this new Red Bank landmark retained KSI to help them save the old restaurant in downtown Red Bank.  We told them they were crazy and then realized, they weren’t crazy, they were Irish!!  The structural and MEP systems were completed renovated or replaced and amazingly the restaurant only closed for one week during the entire construction schedule.

White Pearl Hotel - Seaside, NJ

KSI Structural and MEP designed a new 30,000 sq. ft. four story hotel featuring a first floor parking level and a rooftop deck including indoor pool supported from the floor structure below.  The MEP design included provisions for ventilation of the parking area and humidification control for the pool.

Holiday Inn Express - Wanaque NJ

The 43,000 sq. ft. three story hotel utilized poured in place concrete foundations, a steel frame with concrete floor slabs on bar joists and wood roof trusses.  The schedule required the turn around of the structural drawings within four weeks.

Toms River, NJ

Aqua Blu Restaurant – Toms River, NJ

The reuse of the existing building along route 37 in Toms River includes partial demolition and creative use of the existing framing to create a new 15,000

sq. ft. two story restaurant and banquet facility. The use of new structural steel, helical piles and timber piles in conjunction with the existing framing created a cost effective solution along with MEP design.
