Kevin Sommons P.E., Principal
Mr. Sommons founded KSI-PE in 1999. With several decades of engineering and business experience, Mr. Sommons leads a talented team of professionals offering structural engineering and design services to architects, builders, government entities and public sector clients throughout the Tri-State area. Mr. Sommons is licensed as a Professional Engineer in 11 states and is an Associate member of the American Institute of Architects. He is progressive in his knowledge of new and innovative products and ideas and maintains hands on approach to projects. He inspires his team to offer consistent and steady service to support the design professional in their quest to satisfy their client.
Patrick Cronin P.E., Principal
Mr. Cronin joined KSI in 2004 and shortly thereafter became a principal of the firm. A New Jersey State licensed Professional Engineer, Mr. Cronin is the lead project executive overseeing a staff of talented professionals. Mr. Cronin is an integral part of our ongoing focus of fostering excellent client relationships and our goal of providing the highest quality of the constructed project.
Peter Aragon, P.E., Principal
Mr. Aragon joined the KSI team in 2010 and became a principal of the firm in 2016. Mr. Aragon is a Licensed Professional Engineer and currently runs the Montclair office. Mr. Aragon is integral in the development of client relationships and oversees the talented KSI team. He is skilled in in a variety of building structures and remains current on the latest structural design software and code requirements.
