Jackson Crossing – Jackson, NJ
Structural design of a 70,000sf two story retail space. The structure included a first floor slab on grade, second floor constructed using concrete floor on metal deck supported on open web joists and steel and a roof structure consisting of open web bar joists. The roof structure was designed in several locations to support the weight of out door seating area adjacent to the second floor for future restaurant use. The main entrance featured a large stand along decorative steel element.
Barnegat Crossing - Barnegat, NJ
Structural design of a 140,000sf two story retail space. The structure includes a first floor slab on grade, second floor constructed using concrete floor on metal deck supported on open web joists and steel and a roof structure consisting of open web bar joists. A bowling alley will be located on the first floor along with a medical out patient clinic and retail along the upper level. A center plaza shall feature a landmark lighthouse.
Motorcycle Warehouse – Millstone, NJ
Structural design of 35,000 sf retail space with a 7,500sf mezzanine. The structure included a first floor slab on grade, mezzanine with concrete floor on metal deck supported on open web joists and steel and a roof structure consisting of joists. The roof structure was designed in several locations to support the weight of hung motorcycles as display pieces. The split face masonry perimeter wall was utilized as a both a bearing wall and as shear walls for the building.
Ace Aluminum – Manalapan, NJ
Structural design of a two story, 15,000sf retail space. The structure included a first floor slab on grade, second floor of concrete on metal deck supported on open web steel joists and beams and a steel joist roof structure. The façade consisted of gage metal stud backup system with EIFS, metal panels and curtain wall system.

Pond Road Shopping Center - Freehold, NJ
Structural design of an approximately 18,000sf addition to an existing shopping center. The structure consisted first floor slab on grade and a roof structure of open web steel joists supported by structural steel beams and columns. The perimeter walls were constructed of split face CMU block and a gage metal stud backup along the front façade.
