Open Positions

Structural Designer/Engineer

KSI is actively looking for a Structural Designer/Engineer to perform design for buildings including wood, steel, reinforced concrete and masonry. Building types vary from one to four stories; drafting for foundation plans, framing plans and details and specifications. Coordinate drawings with architectural clients. Computer programs include Enercalc, RAM, Word, Excel, and AutoCAD 2006; site visit; field measuring; report writing and other tasks as assigned. Position requires minimum B.S. in Civil Engineering with emphasis in Structural Design or B.S. in Arch. Engineering with Structural Option. Entry level position to two years experience as assistant engineer, competitive salary, health benefits and 401K. Calling all interns! KSI offers a hands-on intern program. Throughout their stay our interns are constantly challenged.  Working with one of the firm’s principals, our candidates gain exposure and valuable experience to move ahead in their chosen careers.
